To say a post office you would say
Una posta	oona posta

The word in Italian for breadroll is panino which is masculine as it ends in the letter o, so you would say the breadroll by saying
Il panino	eel pan-ee-no

And you would say a breadroll by saying
Un panino	oon pan-ee-no

The word in Italian for train is treno which is masculine as it ends in the letter o, so you would say the train by saying
Il treno	eel train-o

And you would say a train by saying
Un treno	oon train-o

The word in Italian for hotel is albergo which is masculine as it ends in the letter o, so you would say the hotel by saying
L'albergo	lal-berg-o

In this instance instead of saying Il albergo, the Italians say L'albergo, this is because the word albergo starts with a vowel.

And you would say a hotel by saying
Un albergo	oon al-berg-o

The word in Italian for church is duomo which is masculine as it ends in the letter o, so you would say the church by saying
Il duomo	eel dwor-more

And you would say A church by saying
Un duomo	oon dwor-more
