Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diner's amongst many others. We do not accept PayPal. For all plans we only accept payments online so we will not be able to accept a P.O., invoice you, or take an order over the phone.
Simple. Your first 7-days are on us so that you can get a feel for the membership. You can upgrade to a membership at any time during or after your trial by providing your payment details through your member profile page. All payments are handled securely through Stripe, a widely recognized credit card and payment transaction service provider.
We are unable to issue refunds if you change your mind within a membership period. You can at any time cancel your membership before it renews for a new period through your member profile page. We are happy to review exceptional circumstances, simply contact us to discuss.
The simple answer is no. If you can watch YouTube on your mobile device, laptop or desktop you'll be fine. You will need internet access to use the lessons, sorry that's just something that can't be resolved easily without superhuman powers... For the geeks among you, audio required an HTML5 compatible browser, or Flash support (whitelist us on your flashblocker browser plugin is all).
